Exchange Account Errors on iOS and iPadOS
Legacy configurations for UA Mail on Apple devices used the 'Microsoft Exchange' account option-- because these are actually Google accounts, in Google's security policies are causing them to expire. Your device may prompt you repeatedly for a password. This issue is resolved by deleting the account from your 'Mail Accounts' in the 'Settings' app and adding it again with the 'Google' option. No email data will be lost in this deletion. Please contact the helpdesk if you need any assistance with this!
