Our Corner of Space: Let's talk about space requests

Most commonly, the catalyst to a space request starts with an internal UAF department or unit. The requesting individual/unit has a need for more space, a change in space, or the desire to change the use of the space. If this request is supported by Deans or Directors up to the Vice Chancellor or Provost, a space request form should be submitted.

Museum of North launches Adopt a Mammoth program

The 彩神ix官网 is inviting the public to go woolly mammoth hunting. The newly launched Adopt a Mammoth program encourages sponsorship of each of the roughly 1,500 teeth, tusks and bones in the University of Alaska Museum of the North's collection.听

Barn quilt to be displayed at 彩神ix官网 Experiment Farm

A new public art project will be unveiled on Aug. 27 at 1 p.m. at the 彩神ix官网 Experiment Farm on the 彩神ix官网 campus. A barn quilt titled "Wild Blueberry and Troth Blossoms" is the 37th quilt on the statewide Far North Quilt Trail Project. It will be displayed on the side of the barn.
